Founded by Tetsu Kasuya (2016 World Brewers Cup Champion and originator of the 4:6 brewing method) and Masami Kaji. Specialty roaster and cafe with locations in Omotesando (Tokyo), Narashino, and Funabashi (Chiba). Self-described ethos: thinking deeply about "coffee, the coffee mug, the dripper, and the espresso machine — even the lives and connections between people involved in coffee production."
