Doris Tuiyott along with her farm manager Philemon are growing Batian, while nurturing both the coffee and the farm ecosystem via swamp lands on the site, acting as nutrient cyclers and filters for soil impurities. They're also producing exceptional washed coffees like this one. This Batian reminds us of mango, macadamia, cranberry, & pomegranate molasses.
