Kibingo - Kenya

This washed field blend from Kibingo Estate is another stellar coffee sourced via Kamavindi Coffee Labs. Established in 1957 with just 100 trees — the maximum allotment for Kenyan growers under colonial law at the time — Kibingo has since grown into one of the country’s most highly regarded estate farms. The estate won Kenya’s Taste of Harvest competition in 2024, and owner Anthony Kimani has continued investing in farm-level and processing infrastructure, with plans to expand beyond its current 6,000 trees. In the cup, we taste ripe red fruits like pomegranate and raspberry, sweet spice, and refreshing citrus acidity.
