Founded in 2013 in Kyoto by Yozo Kamiya, inspired by Kyoto's tea ceremony culture and the emphasis on craftsmanship and hospitality. Started as an online coffee-equipment shop, expanded into roasting and a flagship cafe near Kyoto Station, and now serves specialty coffee and design-forward equipment to a global direct-to-consumer audience.
