La Esmeralda

Variety: Pink Bourbon Process: Washed Sourced by: Coffee Quest US As some may know, BOTZ is pink bourbon obsessed. Our database is full of flavor experiences and combinations and we’re always looking for new trends in the variety’s expression. Finca La Esmeralda provided a coffee that “beeped” our tropical detection radar. In comparison to our last few pink bourbon releases, we find this coffee to offer a mystifying tropical mix (like when you throw back all the skittles together) with a strawberry jam-limeade acidity (a burst of red/highlighter green if you will). We have found dissecting this coffee to be particularly enjoyable. Like most of the best coffees we’ve experienced, the flavor impressions and sensations seem to transmute in the cup. One minute you might experience fresh yellow fruits like pineapple with a jolt of light limeade, only to be shocked that your next sip a minute later leans more artificial berry and thick orange marmalade. You could only imagine how long we sat in front of this coffee on the cupping table to try to communicate its flavors (forgive us if it leans in another fruity direction for you hehe)! ***Please note - roasting and fulfillment will take place from 6/23 – 7/1. Beans will ship on 7/1 or 7/2 (with our hope of shipping earlier if we can)!*** TRANSLATE with x English Arabic Hebrew Polish Bulgarian Hindi Portuguese Catalan Hmong Daw Romanian Chinese Simplified Hungarian Russian Chinese Traditional Indonesian Slovak Czech Italian Slovenian Danish Japanese Spanish Dutch Klingon Swedish English Korean Thai Estonian Latvian Turkish Finnish Lithuanian Ukrainian French Malay Urdu German Maltese Vietnamese Greek Norwegian Welsh Haitian Creole Persian // TRANSLATE with COPY THE URL BELOW Back EMBED THE SNIPPET BELOW IN YOUR SITE Enable collaborative features and customize widget: Bing Webmaster Portal Back // ORIGINAL: "; langMenu.appendChild(origLangDiv); LanguageMenu.Init('LanguageMenu', LanguageMenu_keys, LanguageMenu_values, LanguageMenu_callback, LanguageMenu_popupid); window["LanguageMenu"] = LanguageMenu; clearInterval(intervalId); } }, 1); // ]]>
