Description
From the roasterPrimarily 74158 variety grown by smallholders & delivered to Elto Coffee's processing site in Bona Zuria, Sidama. Processed as a traditional washed, depulped & submerged fermentation, then rinsed and dried on raised beds. Featured in our December 2025 Subscription alongside Little Swamps washed Batian variety
