Co-founded in 2018 by Emi Fukahori (2018 World Brewers Cup Champion) and Mathieu Theis (2018 and 2019 World Barista Championship finalist). Japanese-influenced specialty cafe and roastery in Zurich with multiple locations across Switzerland; the name "mame" means "bean" in Japanese. Started roasting their own coffee in 2020.
