Description
From the roasterSmallholder farmers grow 74158 variety and deliver ripe cherry to Hamasho washing station, managed by Asefa Dukamo Korma, in Bensa, Sidama. Traditional natural process, whole fruit dried on raised beds allowing yeasts time to transform them. Featured in our October 2025 Subscription alongside Chelbesa One Washed
