Then circle pour until 250 g. End the pour by 1:20 min. Aim for a total brewing time of 2:30 min. Aeropress (reversed) Dose: 18 g Water: 200 g Temperature water: 92 °C Grind size: Commandante 13 clicks / microns ca 400 / Coarse: fine Bloom with 60 g water, stir for 10 sec. Then pour until 220 g, put on the cap with filter and wait until 2:30 min, reverse it onto a server and push until 3:00 min. Enjoy!
